神様！仏様！患者様！！

　昨夜ＴＶ”みんなで日本ＧＯ”で患者様の”様”について違和感がないかのアンケート調査では約半々で普通と感じる人も多かった。医療関係者ではむしろ様が当然のようで個人的（親密）なお付き合いのある方では”さん”付けらしい。１９９０年台に入り厚生労働省の患者マニアルには原則患者（名前）には様をつけるようお達しがあったらしいく、それが患者様に進化（勘違い）したとも言われている。確かに医療はサービス業かもしれないが、飲食店などのサービスとの決定的な違いはお客（患者）さんが好んで来る所ではないと言うことであろう。しかるに病気で仕方なく病院に来られる訳ですし、やはり病んで調子が悪く、医師の診察や治療を受けたいとの依頼であろうし、それは単なるサービス行為ではなく、切実なお願いがあろうと思います。ですから先生お願いします早く直してくださいでしょうね！？医者もそれなりのﾌプライドを持って仕事している訳ですから、〇〇さんでよいのではないでしょうか！？それよりも医療自体のサービスの方がずっとずっと大事であろうと思います！！（正直現行の医療制度ではベテラン医師でも最新機器を使用しても検査内容が同じなら研修医と同じ医療点数であります！）
