〇秘！２２回目禁煙続行中！！

　秘密にしていたことがある。２年ほど前には２１回目の禁煙を３ヶ月程継続していたのであるが、やはり動機不十分（自分の中で）？のため、また喫煙を密かに開始していた訳であります。「医者たるものが」とか「医師薄弱」など家族に罵られながら、必死に耐えて静かに喫煙をしておりました・・・！しかし、煙草税引き上げの前に是非再度禁煙したいとの思いにかられ、２２回目の禁煙を続行中（７日目）であります！一応ニコチネルＴＴＳ１５を使用しておりますが、現在ニコチン離脱発作もなく順調に禁煙軌道に入っております。２２回目でもあり、多くを語る立場にもなく静かに時を刻んでおります！！無我の境地で禁煙に挑む！！
