海外でのＨＧＦ開発

第一三共さんとコラテジェンの契約が一部終了したことを発表しました。

国内では、早期承認に向けてコラテジェンの厚労省との協議をしておりますが、海外に関してまもなくフェーズＩＩＩ開始ですが、第一三共さんのポートフォリオ見直しということがあり、契約の変更になりました。

第一三共さんからは、今後も国内でのコラテジェンの販売で強いサポートを頂くことになり、引き続き親密なお付き合いが続きます。

今まで第一三共さんの方針もあり、海外での開発に関しては慎重に進めてきましたが、今後はアンジェスでの決定が可能になり、スピード・アップを図っていく予定です。

まもなく、ＦＤＡとフェーズＩＩＩのプロトコールを検討するミーティングも行いますので、その内容を受けて最終のフェーズＩＩＩの内容が決まります。

ＦＤＡからも、好意的な反応で会議の準備が進んでおりますし、先月の終わりにワシントンでのCell&Gene Therapy Forumでコラテジェンの講演を依頼されたので、行ってきましたが、会場に来ているＦＤＡの関係者からも好意的な反応を頂きました。

ヨーロッパでも、セレプロという脳腫瘍の遺伝子治療薬の認可が今年にも出そうですが、商業化に向けての動きが始まっています。
