医師の待遇改善？

気分は、夏休み＋あまりの暑さにブログの更新ができず、すいませんでした。

そろそろ夏休み終了ということで、久々にお金の問題です。

既に古いニュースですが、国家公務員の医師の給料に関して人事院勧告が出ました。

人事院の勧告では、医療機関の医師確保のため、医師の初任給調整手当を2009年度から平均で年間約127万円引き上げるよう求めています。

具体的には、大学関係者ではなく（がっかり！？）、国立がんセンターなど高度専門医療センター所などに勤めるおもに厚労省関係の医者に対してになります。

まだ本当にあがるかどうかは、政府の中の検討が残っているようですが、少しでも待遇改善は、国立からの医師離れにプラスでしょうね。

もっとも、焼け石に水というか、この程度でごまかされるか、という方のほうが多いかもしれません。

大学には、影響あるんでしょうかね？？

いずにしろ、抜本的な改革ではないですね。
