HGFの承認申請

もう皆様も、ご存知かもしれません。

昨日アンジェスは、ＨＧＦの承認申請を厚労省に申請し、受理されました。本日朝にプレスリリースを出しております。

本当に、株主の方や患者さんの声援に支えられ、ここまでやってまいりました。治験の遅れや株価の低迷など、色々なご迷惑をおかけしておりますが、とりあえずは一歩前進です。

ますます、アンジェスの頑張りに期待下さい。

下記はプレス・リリースの内容です。

HGF遺伝子治療薬の国内承認申請のお知らせ 

当社は、3月27日、重症虚血肢を有する閉塞性動脈硬化症及びバージャー病を適応症として、HGF遺伝子治療薬（一般名：ベペルミノゲン ペルプラスミド、製品名：「コラテジェン」）の国内での承認申請をいたしましたのでお知らせいたします。 HGF遺伝子治療薬は、HGFを産生する遺伝子を虚血部位に投与することで、局所にHGFタンパク質を発現させ、血管新生を促して虚血状態の改善を図る遺伝子治療薬です。本剤は、動脈硬化等によって血管内腔が狭くなり血流が悪くなる末梢性血管疾患（閉塞性動脈硬化症、バージャー病）及び虚血性心疾患の治療薬として開発を進めております。従来の薬物とは異なる新しい作用機序を有する薬剤であり、従来の薬物療法で効果が不十分な患者、手術の施行が困難な患者等に効果が期待されています。一方、遺伝子の運び役であるベクターとしては、ウイルスベクターを使わないnaked DNA法を用いており、遺伝子治療薬で懸念されることが多いウイルスベクター由来の安全性上の問題はありません。 HGF遺伝子治療薬は、国内大学の研究成果に基づく国産遺伝子治療薬で、日本での開発が先行してきました。当社は、昨年6月の重症虚血肢を有する閉塞性動脈硬化症患者を対象とする国内第Ⅲ相臨床試験の良好な中間解析結果を受けて承認申請の準備を進め、この度、遺伝子治療薬としては、日本で初めての製造販売承認申請に至りました。当社としては、今後も、国内外で本剤を患者様に一日でも早くお届けできるよう努めてまいります。なお、国内での承認取得後の製品名については、「コラテジェン」とする予定です。血管新生により側副血行路（”collateral vessels”）を形成し、虚血状態の改善を図る遺伝子治療薬（”gene medicine”）という意味を込めています。

私の叔父は腎炎患者です、もともと肝炎も患っていますのでかなりあぶないです。
今承認待ちのコラテジェンは腎炎と肝炎を治療できるのか
そして
