25年後の医薬？

イノベーション２５の策定が検討されていますが、25年後の医薬品はどうなっているでしょうか？ＩＴにおいても、なかなか想像するのも困難ですが、医薬にもおいても同様です。

薬に関しては、開発が10-15年はかかりますので、ＩＴよりは予測しやすいので、今研究段階にあるものがいくつかは現実になっているでしょう。

私の予測としては

１）テーラーメード医療の実現

２）遺伝子治療の実用化

３）再生医療の実用化（自己ＥＳ細胞による）

４）ＤＤＳによるピンポイントがん治療の実現

５）感染症に対するＤＮＡワクチン

６）核酸医薬による難病克服（アンチセンス、デコイ、ＲＮＡiなど）

７）月一回投与による生活習慣病の治療薬（高血圧、糖尿病など）

などを上げたいと思います。

10年後ですと、それほど難しいとは思いませんが、25年といわれると難しいですね。皆さんのアイデアはいかがでしょうか？

テーラーメイド医療の進展？で、医薬品を、特定の遺伝子、体質の方だけに認める条件付承認という認可も近頃あるようですが、HGF遺伝子治療薬、NFκBデコイオリゴ等は、こういった事柄にも関係するのでしょうか？
