アンジェスのＭＡ対策についてのご質問のコメントが着ておりました。私も、財務のプロではないので、正直詳細は説明できませんが、ご安心ください！とはいえます、

ライツプランという敵対的買収に関する防衛策を既に導入しております（詳細をご希望の方は、ＩＲの担当の方にお問い合わせください。既に、プレス・リリースも出ております）。

うまくいきだしたところで、食べられてしまうのは、残念ということで、ＭＡに関する質問を多く頂きます。一応、食べにくくは？していますが、株主の方にとっては損得は微妙かもしれません。

通常、ＭＡに関しては、かなりプレミアムが乗るので、将来もっと値上がりすると思う方には、残念でしょうが、一方、そこそこでという方にはプラスかもしれません。

いずれしろ、ＭＡされるだけの価値があるということが重要なのかもしれません。

ＨＧＦの商品化まで、あと一息ですので、おいしいところどりをされないように頑張ります！（笑）
