やぎ

実は、今内閣府の沖縄振興事業の一環で、審査会にきております。昨夜は、やぎ！を生まれて始めて食べました。

食べる前はかなり臭みがあると脅かされたのですが、名店であるということもあり、臭みの少ないおいしいものでした。

刺身！も食べさせてもらいましたが、これは予想以上においしいものでした。ヤギ汁というのも、食べましたが、よもぎを入れて臭みを消しながら食べるようで想像よりはおいしかったです。

ただし、一つだけは食べれませんでした。ヤギの血入りの炒め物があったのですが、食わずぐらい王になってしまいました。沖縄の方は私の分まで食され、大好物のようです。

もし、沖縄に来られたら、いかがでしょう？場所は、酔ってわかりませんが、南山という名前のお店です。
