患者は医師と共に歳をとる

　４月が終わろうとしている。感慨深い1ヶ月であった。

何を馬鹿げた事を言っておるかと言われれば返す言葉なし。

人間、霞を食っては妻子・職員をやしなえず。

「何でこんなに診療の仕方がかわったのですか」という質問に真面目に答えてる暇なし。

当院は開業14年目に入った。開院後数年の患者は全て了解してくれた。

所謂「阿吽の呼吸」である。そんなものは現代社会で何の役にも立たない。と言われればそれまでである。

　今まで通り、「変わりないかね？」と訊ねて「何とかやってます」で何か問題あるのかね。

この阿吽の呼吸は数ヶ月では成り立たないのですがね。

ある患者が一言。「先生、顔みりゃ判るだろう」と。

ごもっとも。

きちんとカルテに記載してなんぼかい。あほくさー。調べに来るのならどうぞ。

その前に患者に事前調査で「あそこのクリニックに受診していて困っている」という報告が何件あったか教えてね。

患者は医師と共に歳をとる。そして次の世代にバトンタッチする。それでいいんだ。と思う。
