やはりここでしょう。

５年前からいえば３回目でした。今回は？000ｅｕｒｏほど勝たしてもらった。ただ、今止めた方がいいとテーブルのおねぃさんが教えてくれた。

　前回、大負けした話をしたので、それが利いたのか分からないが、その後の私のいたテーブルは、ディーラーがすべてチップを回収していた。

　あれでは、勝てるはずは無い。

写真を見て、Las Vegasのモンテカルロがこのcasinoのイメージで建てられていることが分かりました。建物の色合いもよく似ています。

ちなみに、隣のベラジオはコモ湖をイメージしたものですが、コモ湖はオーシャンズ12や、スターウォーズエピソード2,3に出てきます。また、ベラジオはオーシャンズ11と、近く封切りされるオーシャンズ13の舞台になっています。

もし写真をお持ちなら、ベネチアの鐘楼のアップをお願いします。いやなに、Venetianの鐘楼と比べてみたいだけです。

べラジオは、ホワイトライオンのとこですよね？小市民貧乏研修医の頃、Lasに単独旅行しました。もちろん、庶民派サーカスサーカス宿泊でございました。ビッグショットにひとりで乗り、昇天させていただきました。

ホワイトライオンは知りませんが、元デューンズホテルと、付属のゴルフ場があったところです。シーザースパレスの南、フラミンゴの斜め向い、バリーズ(元MGM)の西に位置し、４コーナーの一角を占めています。

LasではコムデックスなどPC関係の展示会などはよく開かれていますが、医学関係の学会が開かれたという話は聞きません。学会があれば、マイレージおやじ先生も大手を振って参加できるはずですが...ネバダ大学には医学部はないのだろうか？

おそくなりました。基本的に部長室でしか書き込んでいないんで申し訳ございません。Lasには、学会で１０年ぐらい前に行きました。ヒルトンが会場ホテルでした。イタリアものスーツを２着買いました。グランドキャニオンの遊覧飛行はどの絶叫マシーンより怖かったですね。
　ベネチアですか。うーん。写真をさがしております。プライベートで行ったところはなぜか写真がないなぁー。
　今年の夏は、フェニックスで開業している米国の友人の家に娘らをほりこみます。アリゾナの砂漠に日本庭園を作ったツワモノです。その後、彼女たちをひろって、バンクーバーのホストファミリーの家に泊まって、ハワイに寄って帰る計画をしています。
