またもや今頃やっつけ仕事をしている。欧州、北米、アジア、オセアニアからの参加者にメールで発表依頼をだしている。情けないことに、先方からマイレージおやじ 「俺のdutyは？」「ホテルはツインで！」「Tokyo wifeは？」など、Junkmailなのか否か判断できないメールで大変である。
さて、演者に以下のような依頼状を出した。これも、普通は会長自ら作る文章ではない。まぁいい。
意味はどうやら通じるようだが,会議後の記録の書籍化に関してはもめそうだなぁ。時間がないしアバウトな表現で逃げた。

国際会議を主催する場合、お金があればコングレなどの学会屋に丸投げする。貧乏なNPOが主催する場合、プログラムもすべて手作りである。英語も手作りだが（Nativeではないから）英語圏でない地域からの参加者には理解しやすく好評である。
昨日も予定手術４件に予定外の緊急２件と本当に忙しかった。公取委との認可も得た。魂だけでは事がすすまないことを日々学習している。
国際会議まで６８日（大変だー）だけど何とかなると楽観している。
Welcome to ◎◎, Japan. It is my great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 2nd Meeting of International ○○○○, Japan . Since we met at 1st ○○○○ meeting in ◎◎ in 2003 to discuss various issues on △△△, tremendous efforts have been made by researchers/health professionals/patient groups worldwide aiming for our better understandings of △△ including disease definition, new methods of evaluation and treatment options, etc. However, as the field of △△△ is getting larger and larger, there are still many issues and discrepancies in the acceptance of the theory of △△△ among the areas/countries, and these should be discussed. This meeting will therefore provide △△△ researchers an opportunity to present their expert opinions. We also plan to spend a significant amount of time to discuss the following 4 topics: 1) disease name 2) definition, 3) diagnosis, and 4) evaluation to hopefully reach a consensus on △△△ criteria acceptable worldwide. It would be a difficult task for participants, however, it is our hope that this meeting will foster greater awareness and understandings of △△△ to benefit the patients with this difficult condition, ◎◎△■◎○▲□.
