「集団的自衛権」行使容認は与党内からも反論アリ！！＝＝アメリカの言いなりでなく、日本の自主的外交が大切です＝＝

   

集団的自衛権、行使容認を提言へ＝米向けミサイル迎撃など－政府懇談会（2007/06/30-時事）

 

　集団的自衛権行使の個別事例を検討する政府の「安全保障の法的基盤の再構築に関する懇談会」（座長・柳井俊二前駐米大使）は３０日までに、安倍晋三首相が諮問した４類型のうち米国向けミサイルの迎撃など日米同盟にかかわる事例について、従来の憲法解釈を変更して行使を認めるよう提言する方針を固めた。

同盟関係の実効性を高めるためで、今秋にまとめる予定の報告書に限定的な行使容認を盛り込む。

予想されていたとは言え、政府の「懇談会」は、米国向けミサイルの日本からの迎撃容認（今では、積極的に迎撃する意味）の提言をまとめる方向です。

これは、集団的自衛権に関する従来からの憲法解釈を大幅に変えようとするものす。

具体的には、「北朝鮮からのアメリカに向け発射されたミサイルを、日本上空で撃ち落とせ」と言うことです。

そういう可能性があるのなら、あらゆる外交手段を駆使して、そうした戦争状態が起きないようにすることが大前提です。

しかし、それを抜きにして、「アメリカ向けミサイル撃ち落とし作戦」を宣言するとどうなるでしょうか。

アメリカにミサイルを撃ち込もうとする国が、先ず第１に撃ち込むミサイルは、アメリカではなく日本であることは、自明の理です。

なぜなら、まず日本のＭＤ機能を叩かなければ、本来の「目的」であるアメリカまでミサイルは途中で撃ち落とされてしまうからです。

こうした、小学生でも分かる「理屈」をさしおいて、アメリカを守るために日本の国土と国民を戦争（核戦争）の危険に曝そうとする安倍首相の『愛国心』なるものこそ容認できません。

こんな事を想定する前に、東北アジアの平和を確立するための外交の推進が何よりも大切ではないでしょうか。

それも、ブッシュ・アメリカの言いなりではなく、日本の『真の国益』を守るための自主的外国の推進です。

ミサイルの目標が日本と断定出来ない場合、撃ち落として良いか
迷うのが一番問題なんじゃないかと思います。
だから、同盟国に向けて発射されたものも迎撃して良いことに
