妄想：耐性ウイルス

「札幌の１０代女性、タミフル耐性「新型」」（讀賣）

・妄想その１
　ウイルスの突然変異がどんどん行なわれ、それに人間がタミフルを使用することで“人為淘汰”を積極的に行ない、結果として将来的には耐性ウイルスだらけ。抗ウイルス薬の新規開発とウイルスの突然変異のいたちごっこ。（現在のMRSAなどのウイルス版）
　さらには、ブタの次に出てくる可能性のあるトリの腸管内でも着々とタミフル耐性のものが“準備”されている。（ところで日本のブタやトリ、どのくらいインフルエンザウイルスを持っているんでしょうねえ。イノシシなどの野生動物は無理にしてもせめて家畜での疫学調査はされているのかしら）

・妄想その２
　「タミフル耐性かどうかの検査をしてくれ」という要求がクリニックで多発。
　「タミフル耐性ウイルスだったのに、漫然とタミフルを投与されたので不利益が生じた」という訴訟が多発。
