割り箸事件のリンチ

　最高裁まで行ってないから、まだ判決は確定はしていませんが、現時点では当事者の医師は「無罪」です。で、仮定の話ですが、もし無罪が最終的に確定したとして、「無実の医者」に必死に「社会的制裁」を加えて人生を台無しにした人たちは、「無実」ですか？　彼らがやったことは、ただのリンチです。で、リンチ（私刑）というのは、法治国家ではたとえ有罪の人間に対してでもしてはならないことなんですけどね（それともそれは私の勘違い？　それとも日本は法治国家ではない？）。

　そういえば、松本サリン事件の時に第一通報者の「会社員」を犯人扱いして好き放題を言ったりしたりした人たちは、その後ちゃんと“責任”を取っているのでしょうね。
