朝日ソーラーを処分　執拗に勧誘-消費者庁

　消費者庁は２５日、深夜まで消費者の家に上がり込んで勧誘を続けるなどの行為があったとして、
太陽熱温水器の訪問販売大手「朝日ソーラー」（大分市）に対し、
特定商取引法に基づき改善を求める指示処分を出した。同社は９７年にも同様の処分を受けている。

　消費者庁によると、同社の営業担当者は各地で「いらない」と言う顧客に執拗（しつよう）に勧誘して契約させたり、
顧客の自宅に上がり込み午前０時過ぎまで勧誘。全国の消費生活センターには昨年度、
同社に関する苦情や相談が約１４０件寄せられているという。

　同社は北海道を除く各地に２６支店を持ち、昨年度の売り上げは６７億円。
今回の処分について、同社は「厳粛に受け止める」としている。
