スローライフを心掛けませんか？

スローライフを心がけませんか

　私は性格的にあわてんぼうで、６０歳を過ぎた今でもよく失敗をします。

　失敗を少なくするためにも、エコのためにも、心の健康のためにもスローライフを

心がけたいと、盆休みの間にいろいろ考えて、スローライフ７条を作りました。

　

　スローライフ７条

①　ゆっくり話す。

②　ゆっくり動く。

③　ゆっくり考える。

④　ゆっくりドライブする。

⑤　ゆっくり書く。

⑥　ゆっくり食べる。

⑦　ゆっくり見る。

　どうでしょう。これでは、まだ足りませんか？
