「パチンコ的・脱原発路線」
― Pachinko-Like Policy to Abandon Nuclear Power Plants―
菅直人首相の「脱原発」路線がはっきりしてきました。
でも、「止める」と明言するのは誰でもできます。今日は、パチンコでもしながら「もうヤメル」ということはどーゆーことかについて考察したいと思います。
それいけ。パチンコ。

物事の成り行きには色々な成り行きがあります。
現在日本にあるすべての原発を
１．「そのうち廃止する」
２．「使い終わったら廃止する」
３．「気が向いたら廃止する」
４．「事故があったら廃止する」
５．「自然エネルギーが確保できたら廃止する」
６．「建屋が吹き飛んだら廃止になる」
など、いろいろな止め方があることでしょう。
どのような止め方を考えているのでしょん。ゆっくり聞いてみたいですが、ゆっくり待っている意味は今の日本にはないかも。
そもそも、「脱原発」とは、はじめは、「１」と言っておきながら、「２」とか「３」で、実は「４」のつもりで、結局「６」だったり。。。「２」のつもりが気が付いたら「６」みたいなことに。。。結局どのようになっても最後は「６」みたいな「パチンコの玉」ですか？
また、そもそも「廃止」とは、いらなくなった不要のもの、使われなくなったものに「さよなら（廃棄）する」という意味です。
どのように議論しても、
７．「今すぐ止める」
という「全面停止論」が今の日本にとって最良の答えかもしれません。
全面的に停止するという立場で臨むか、そのうち廃止の立場で臨むか。。。一見同じことのように思われる方もいることでしょう。
よく考えてみましょう。180度違います。
「いずれ（使い終わったら）廃止する」ということは、今あるものを「そのまま使い続ける」ということです。
「戦争はいずれヤメル」ということは、「勝つまで戦争し続ける」という堅い決意を表しているのと同じです。日本の昔の姿です。
日本は「戦争」からも、ヒロシマ・ナガサキからも何も学んでいないのでしょうか。そして、このたびのフクシマからも何も学ばないつもりなのでしょうか。
「全面停止」の選択は、おそらく「今しかない」というのが今日の結論でした。

― Pachinko-Like Policy to Abandon Nuclear Power Plants ―
Prime Minister Kan Naoto’s policy to abandon nuclear power plants is becoming fairly clear-cut. He doesn’t have to be a Prime Minister to announce such a simple thing. Today I’d like to think about what it is to abandon while enjoying Pachinko.
Here we go! Everybody! Let’s enjoy Pachinko!

Could be a lot of ways how things will turn out.
There is more than one way to abandon existing nuclear power plants throughout the country, for example;
1. sometime later.
2. when those are finished with.
3. if we feel like it.
4. when an accident happens.
5. when we secure natural energy supply required.
What does he think about it? I’d like to sit down with him to ask him, but waiting is just meaningless.
Anyway, what abandonment of nuclear power generation is in the first place?
Though beginning with (1), pretending as if (2) or (3), but actually with the intension of (4), it ends up with (6).
Or intending (2), he finds it turn out to be (6).
Either way, nuclear power leads to nothing less than the final sixth hole like a Pachinko.
Strictly speaking, abandonment is to dispose useless or unnecessary things after being finished with.
Any argument will inevitably make us realize that immediate shutdown is the best choice.
You may think that the policy toward immediate shutdown and the policy toward abandonment is apparently the same.
But think it over. Those are completely different. To abandon if it is finished with is to continue to use it as it is without shutting down.
“The war will be over someday”, said the government in WW2. But someday means the day when Japan will win.
Didn’t Japanese people learn anything from WW2 or HIROSHIMA & NAGASAKI? Are we going to learn nothing from FUKUSHIMA?
Today’s conclusion is that now is our only chance to realize that we can shut down nuclear power plants.
