なぜこんなに暑いの？
日本では、灼熱の太陽が大地を焦がしているかと思えば、地球の向こう側の南米では豪雪警報が発令されたというし。
どうしてこんなことになるの？

36度にも達する息苦しい猛暑の日は、みな家に引きこもっています。
一般に、気温が暖かくなると、血管が広がって血圧が低くなります。でも、35度を超えると、軒並み血圧が上がります。猛暑日の続くときは、予期しない脳梗塞が多くなっているような気がします。
高血圧の人には、暑い日は「引きこもる」ことを勧めています。無理して外来には来ないようにって。
え？ 薬が心配？
薬がなくなる前に早めに予約を取っておくか、できれば長めの処方日数をもらうといいでしょう。
え？暑くて外出できない？
雨の降ることを祈りましょうね。
きっと降るから。

Why so hot?
Sunlight is burning over scorching soil in Japan. Meanwhile report has it a warning was given for heavy snow in South America on the other side of the world.
How did this happen?
During suffocating hot days with temperature of up to 36 degrees Celsius, people are usually holed up in their homes.
In general the warmer it becomes, the lower the blood pressure decreases due to dilation of blood vessels. When the temperature exceeds 35 degrees in Celsius, blood pressure increases in many cases. During extremely hot days, cases of unexpected cerebral infarction seem to be increasing.
I recommend hypertensive patients to stay at home on a hot day, not to try so hard to visit the clinic.
What? Worrying about medicine?
You had better make an early appointment before you’re out of medicine. Or make the length of prescription days longer if possible.
Pardon? Is it so hot that you can’t go out?
Pray so that we have rain.
I hope it will.

やっと牛の話は、終了ですね。ひきこもりが一番。とくに涼しいアラスカクルーズをお薦めします。５月に行った時はさむいぐらいでした。格安クルーズの記事を書いたので、トッラクバックしておきます。ロスは異常に暑かったので、私は今サンフランシスコに来ています。
1週間のクルーズともなりますと、のんびりクジラさんやイルカさんをウォッチングしたり、おいしいものを食べたり、お話したり、ライブで盛り上がったり、踊ったりと。。。きっと、
いそがしいわ。
ネットしたりもしないといけないし。。。
でも、タイタニックで分かりましたが、超ヒマなので、3日もあれば恋が完成するみたいですね。
沈没するときには、出会って間もないのに、もう完全に出来上がっていましたもの。
船に揺られると人が恋しくなるのかしら。。。
