駅前の商業区域における平均賃貸価格は、坪当たり月2万5千円から3万円。平均的な床面積20坪のお店なら、月60万の賃貸料です。ビル管理料15万～20万を上乗せして、お家賃は75万、多めに見積もって80万です。
飲食店の、水道・電気料金は、よく使うところでも25万前後です。店長を除く従業員のほとんどは約800円の時間給で働く。店長の月額給与は45万前後。
輸入牛肉と国産米と紅ショウガの食材原価は、以前計算したように丼1杯130円。ふだんの毎分の客の入りは、平均1.5人程度。24時間営業で1日のお客は2160人。

― What A Pretty Business!―
The average rental value in business district by the station is 25 30 thousand yen ($26o-$300) per tsubo (3.3 square meters) in a month. A shop with a common floor area of 20 tsubo (66 square meters) pays the rent of 500 to 600 thousand yen monthly.
Tacking on the building management fee, the rent is roughly estimated at 800 thousand yen to be high.
The water and electricity rate is around 250 thousand yen at a restaurant which consumes a lot. Almost all staff except a salaried store manager, is working by the hour for about 800 yen. A store manager’s salary is 450 thousands yen monthly.
The cost of materials consisting of imported beef, domestic rice and red ginger is 130 yen per bowl as calculated previously on this blog. The average number of customers per minute is 1.5 which makes 2,160 persons in 24hours.

business is really a tough job!
You know what I mean.
Look!
This too narrow window of a genuine profit!
You know the reason
why the companies scrambling for their shares
fall describing a parabola.
The survivals in deflation wars should be ones
who can decide to abandon
the idea of defeating their opponent
…while they have energy left for self-change.
