訴訟の国アメリカで、マイケル・ジャクソンの死が、その後、もめないわけがありません。ジャクソンの父が当時の医師を民事で訴えました。

Michael Jackson's father has said he plans to bring a case against the late pop star's doctor for wrongful death.
Joe Jackson's lawyer, Brian Oxman, told Reuters news agency that the amount of prescription drugs given to the star amounted to second-degree murder.
"That is Russian roulette, that is loading six bullets into a gun with only six chambers," Mr Oxmand said.
Dr Conrad Murray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter as part of a criminal investigation.
Joe Jackson's legal action is to be a civil case, which could run in parallel to the criminal trial.
The criminal action could result in a jail sentence whereas the civil lawsuit's main purpose is winning monetary damages against Dr Murray.
Skin-whitening creams
Mr Oxmand said Michael Jackson had been given Propofol every night for six weeks and said it was "reckless, and it amounts to second-degree murder".
The singer, best known for hits such as Thriller and Bad, died last year aged 50.
He had been rehearsing for a series of concerts scheduled to take place in London.
Earlier this month, California's attorney general Edmund Brown said Dr Murray should not practise while he faces charges over the performer's death.
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that large quantities of general aesthetic and dozens of tubes of skin-whitening creams were found in Jackson's home during searches after his death.
The creams are commonly used to treat vitiligo, a skin disease Jackson suffered from that causes patches of skin to lose pigmentation.

一見、謎の多い死のようですが、単純なものかもしれません。しかし、それを説明するのは至難の技かもしれません。
過労死と薬剤副作用？
予め計画された殺人であることが証明されることはないでしょう。しかし、薬剤の予期し得なかった過剰効果であったのか、何らかの基礎疾患による過労死であったのか。。。
結論は年内には無理かもしれませんね。

「美しい歌はどこから」
少年のお話のつづき。。。
生まれながらの指の奇形が問題になるのは、小児期の成長にともなう拘縮や機能障害であり、それによって生活の質が損なわれるからです。合指症は、生後1年前後の早期手術するのが良いのは、その後の指の発達を促すためです。
少年の治療方針を決めるためには、その機能障害の程度を充分見極めなければなりません。
幸いにも、この6歳の症例は、中手骨と指関節が充分発達した多指症で、それぞれの指の骨の形や長さも良好で、指関節の可動域もほぼ正常のようです。物を握る動作は良好で、握力、神経学的機能も問題ありません。
それぞれの指に分布する血管が独立して走行しているなら、手術の成否は、互いに癒着した三本の指を分離したあとに、指先を養う血管の循環が保たれるかにかかっています。
付着した指を分離したのち、側面の皮膚欠損部に皮膚移植片を移植します。移植後に皮膚が壊死しないように微小血管の豊富な腹部の有茎皮弁が良いかもしれません。
うまく生着するには、幾日か、両手を固定しなければなりません。皮弁指の皮膚と移植片の皮膚の縫合が治癒してのち、次は切り離しと面倒な形成は、移植片の循環と色が期待通りであることを確認してからになります。
この症例にどのような手術が実際に行われたのでしょう。足の術後の映像はありますが、残念ながら術後の手の映像がありません。
なぜ?
答えは簡単。きっと、メディアには明らかに出来ない秘密があったからです。彼の個人情報です。すなわち、少年が手術室を出てきたときには、両手はお腹にしっかり固定されていたのです。
手の手術と足の指の切除を、二人以上の術者で分担したとしても、わずか5時間でこなす中国の形成技術は驚くべきレベルであると言えるでしょう。
確かに。。。でも、わたしなら、余分な手足の指を一本も取り除かないのが最良の選択かもしれないと、両親を説得するかもしれません。
いつの日か、誰も聴いたことがない美しいピアノを奏でる日が来るかもしれません。どんなに多すぎても、
指は神からの美しい贈り物です。
かれはすでにモンスターではないのです。

A successful operation is up to whether vascular circulation is independently maintained or not to feed peripheral area after isolating three fingers attached together.
When attached fingers are separated, skin grafts are transplanted to lateral areas with some defects of skin. Pedicle skin grafts plenty of microcirculation from abdomen or else may be helpful to avoid postoperative necrosis of grafts. Fixation of both hands for some days is crucial to a good result. Reoperation of disconnection and perplexing plastic treatment are followed making sure that circulation and colors of grafts are good anticipated.
I wonder what kind of method was actually adopted in this case.
We can see the scene that features feet appearance after surgery, but not hands to our regrets.
How come?
The answer is simple. The media reporter could not reveal his secret to us because of his own personal information: his both hands were tightly fixed on his belly.
You may be right to say that the level of plastic surgery in China is astonishing so as to complete finger surgery and removal of extra toes within no more than 5 hours, despite sharing duty among more than two surgeons.
Yes, but…I might persuade him and his parents that it’s the best way not to remove extra fingers and toes, except for plastic treatment of three fingers of both hands.
He may play the most beautiful piano music ever knew someday. Even if they are too many,
FINGERS ARE BEAUTIFUL GIFTS OG GOD.
HE IS NO LONGER A MONSTER.
