　「何百人行進しても」

　　　 

　ある県の小児科崩壊の危機が騒がれています。普天間あたりで。。。

 今日のお題は？  　休息のない職場。。。です。

　では、どぞーーー。

　＊＊＊

　

 　「遅くまで御苦労さん」

　「あ。はい。まだやり残しがありますので。」

　「そうか。」

　

 　早く帰れ。。。な～んて、誰が言ってくれました？ 

　 

　「今日は外来か。徹夜同然の当直のあとだろ？」

　「あ。はい。いつものことですし。」

　「そうか。」

　

 　だいじょうぶか。。。な～んて、誰が言ってくれました？ 　

　　

　「祝日なのに出てきているのか？」

　「あ。はい。術後に熱発との連絡で。。。」

　「そうか。」 　

　

　当直が見ておくよ。。。な～んて、誰がいってくれました? 　

　　このような軍人の「そうか」を連発していると、倒れる前に、みな死んでしまうかも。 　これを「軍人職場」と言います。やればやるほど、ほめたたえられます。死んでも、反省されることなく、「鑑（かがみ）＝手本」になります。 　

　

　こうした称賛と手本は、日本中どこでも同じようです。とっくに戦争に負けたのに、軍人教育と軍国主義がつづいています。 いったい。。。なぜ？ 　

　　

　医師が足りないとよく言われます。。。 

 　

　兵士をどんなに増やしても、「休息のない行進」に生き残る兵士はいません。

　10人行進しても生き残ったのが3人として、100人行進すると？ 　

　30人と答えるのが、軍人です。 

　そもそも無理な行進なら、生き残っていること自体が理解できないことですので、正解は０人かもしれません。何百人でも同じかも。
