ＤＮＡの鑑定が間違っていた。

　

　

全てが１８０度間違っていた。

　

「無期懲役」の判決は、その中で作られた「情状酌量」にすぎなかったのでした。

　 

「自白の根拠」もまた、見事に崩れました。

 　

何処に間違いがあったのでしょう。。。

「自白の強要」という従来からある「悪しき伝統」に、真っ先にメスを入れるべきは、いったい

 　

　　　　　　誰でしょう。

 　

悪しき伝統にどっぷりと漬かった「大本営」ではありません。

つい先ほど、自白の過程を検証すると題した「大本営発表」がありました。

チームを組んで、「間違いがなかったか検証する」という。

 　　

　　　　　　？

 　　

何度も申し上げます。

全てが間違っていたのです。

「検証」ではありません。

「反省」です。

 　

もう一度繰り返します。

全てが間違っていたのです。

「検証」ではないのです。

「謝罪」なのです。

 　

マスコミは、とうとう「物を見る目」を失ったのでしょうか？

いいえ。いつしか、国民を上から眺める「高い所」に立ってしまっていたのでした。

警察庁が足利事件調査チーム、ＤＮＡ鑑定や自白過程を検証

2009年6月5日(金)19時12分配信　読売新聞

　菅家利和さんが釈放されたことを受け、警察庁は５日、当時の捜査の問題点を検証する調査チームを設置した。

　西村泰彦・長官官房審議官（刑事局担当）をトップに刑事局の各部門が加わり、最高検の検証チームや栃木県警とも連携して調査を進める。科学警察研究所による当時のＤＮＡ鑑定について検証するほか、菅家さんが取り調べで自白するまでの過程で誘導や暴行などの問題がなかったかについても調べる。
