新聞記事は、取材内容が同じでも、一字一句自分の言葉で書きましょう。

　

文章の盗用はいまさら言うまでもありません。ましてや大手メディアを自称し、社会に向けて提言をしている新聞社はなおさらです。

　

モラルというものは監視しなくても当たり前のことですが、何度も「やらかしてしまう」記者を抱えている新聞社は、その存亡すらも怪しい。。。ということになるかも知れません。

　読売新聞大阪本社の運動部記者（３２）が中国新聞（広島市）のプロ野球コラムとよく似た記事を執筆していたことがわかった。読売新聞大阪本社が取材に対して説明した。同社は盗用と認め、中国新聞社に謝罪した。

　読売新聞大阪本社発行の２０日付朝刊スポーツ面の広島―オリックス戦に関する記事。広島の大竹寛投手に関する文章の数カ所の表現が、中国新聞の１３日付朝刊スポーツ面に掲載されたコラムとほぼ同じだった。読売新聞の読者から指摘があり、記者に事情を聴いたところ、まねたことを認めたという。

　また、同じ記者が４月１６日付朝刊スポーツ面で書いた広島―横浜戦の記事でも、中国新聞の昨年９月１１日付スポーツ面の記事と表現がよく似ている部分が数カ所あったという。

　読売新聞大阪本社の岸本弘一編集局長の話　記者として恥ずべき行為であり、中国新聞社並びに読者の皆様に深くおわびします。この記者について他に同様の事案がないか調査を続け、厳正な処分を行うとともに、再発防止に取り組みます。

　読売新聞青森県版の７月２８日付記事で、同社青森支局の男性記者（２４）が記事中の談話を捏造（ねつぞう）していたことが５日、分かった。同社は同日付の紙面で事実関係を明らかにした。近日中に記者を懲戒処分し、支局長の監督責任も問う方針。

　同社によると、問題があったのは、岩手県沿岸北部を震源とする地震の影響で延期された「全日本吹奏楽コンクール青森県大会」が開催されたことを報じた記事。一般の部で銀賞を受賞した楽団の団長の談話が捏造だったうえ、団長名が前団長になっていた。

　青森市内で７月２７日、このコンクールを取材した記者は、携帯電話のインターネット機能を使ってこの楽団の団長名を検索。支局で記事を書く際、すでに団長が交代しているのにもかかわらず前団長の名前を用いて架空の談話を捏造した。記者は「とんでもないことをしたと反省している」と話しているという。

　記事が掲載された２８日、楽団の現団長から支局に抗議の電話があり、問題が発覚したという。

　読売新聞東京本社広報部の話「記事の主要部分は事実でしたが、最後の談話は記者が創作したものでした。記者倫理に反する行為であり、記者らを懲戒処分にし、再発防止に努めます。関係者や読者の皆様におわびいたします」

電車で女電車で女子高生の尻触る　読売記者を逮捕

　電車内で女子高校生の尻を触ったとして、警視庁荒川署は２８日、都迷惑防止条例違反（痴漢）の現行犯で、千葉県柏市柏、読売新聞世論調査部記者、伊藤一紀（かずき）容疑者（２８）を逮捕した。

　調べによると、伊藤容疑者は２８日午前８時半ごろ、ＪＲ常磐線上り快速の電車内で、高校３年の女子生徒（１８）の尻をスカートの上から触った。女子生徒がその場で手をつかんだが、電車が日暮里駅（荒川区）に着くと、伊藤容疑者は手を振り払ってホームに逃走。女子生徒やほかの乗客が追いかけて取り押さえた。

　伊藤容疑者は、平成１４年４月に入社。地方支局を経て、今年９月から世論調査部に所属していた。読売新聞社広報部は「社員がこのような容疑で逮捕されたことは誠に遺憾です。事実関係を確認し、厳正に対処します」とコメントしている。

　地下鉄の電車内で女性の尻を触ったとして、警視庁中央署は１２日、東京都迷惑防止条例違反の現行犯で、東京都江東区塩浜の読売ウイークリー記者、山本航容疑者（３３）を逮捕した。容疑を認めているという。

　調べでは、山本容疑者はこの日午前８時４０分ごろ、東京メトロ東西線の木場－茅場町駅間の電車内で、女性（３１）の尻をスカートの上から触った。女性が山本容疑者の手をつかんで茅場町駅で降ろし、駅員に突き出した。山本容疑者は通勤途中だった。

　読売新聞東京本社広報部は「当社の社員が逮捕されたことは誠に遺憾。事実関係を確認したうえで、厳正に対処する」とコメントした。
