　さて。


　あかがまさんが、院長をしている診療所にも、


　出入りの業者がやってきます。


　はい。


　その、出入りの業者の中には、


　呼びもしないのに


　診療所におしかけてくる、


　クソ……、いや、熱心な連中がいます。


　あかがまは、


　単に、彼らを「連中」と、よんでいますが、


　本人たちは、自ら、そうは名乗りません。


　彼らは、自分たちのことを

　
　MRと名乗っています。　


　ああMR！


　それは、MR認定試験を突破したものだけに許される名誉ある称号！


　彼らのほとんどは、大手製薬会社の正社員ですから、


　夜逃げ寸前弱小医療機関の契約社員であり、


　三十六流最底辺大学医学部卒のあかがまさんが、
　逆立ちをしても、


　二十四時間マラソンをしても、

 
　入学できそうにもない、一流大学を卒業している、
 　日本のエリートなわけで。


　カス院長のあかがまの都合とは無関係に、押しかけて、


　資料という名の、燃えるごみを診療所に残して去っていく、


　中には、


　絶対禁忌とされる、


「徳光和夫のポスター」を壁に貼れと残していく、


　デスパレートな人々。


　いや、本人様は、至極真っ当に仕事をしているつもりかもわかりませんが。


　当然、あかがまさんは、


　こういう人たちとは、距離を置いています。


　で、最近、
　その彼らの今の最大の目的、
　それは


　あかがまさんが、「ニコイチ」と勝手に呼んでいる血圧の薬を、


　あかがまさんにたくさんたくさん売らせること。


　げー。


　知ってますか？ニコイチ


　あやしげな中古車販売店では、


　フロントのつぶれた、カローラと、おかまをほられたカローラ。


　二台の廃車を溶接でひっつけて、


　一台の車として売ってしまうことがあります。


　これがニコイチ。


　変じて、


　これまでに売られてきた違う系統の血圧の薬二種類を、ひとつにひっつけて、


　新薬として売り出す。


　これを、あかがまさんは、ニコイチと名付けました。


　ＭＲ様はこれを、あかがまに売らそうと、必死なんですけど、


　それにしてもニコイチのどこが、「新薬」やねん。


　マゼラベースの上に、ザクの上半身をくっつけて、


「最新兵器：ザクタンク」というようなもんじゃねーか。


　でも、
　ほとんど反則の「新薬」でも、製薬会社は必死です。


　あかがまのところにはまず、来ませんが、


　バイトの、


「王様」先生のところには、挨拶を欠かしません。


　診療所で、あかがまとすれちがっても、ｶﾞﾝ無視ですが、


　王様先生へのお百度参りは欠かしません。


　王様先生は、接待してくれるＭＲが大好き。


　雑談の相手をしてくれるＭＲが大好き。


　そういうわけで、王様先生の診察日には、今日も、ＭＲ様が行列を作って、面会を待っています。


　当然、あかがまが通り過ぎても、「無視」です。


　あたりまえです。


　あかがまは、接待きらいだから。


　それなのに、


　テレビの、「報道バラエティー番組」で、いまだに、


　「製薬会社との癒着があるからジェネリックを処方しないのです。医者も人の子ですから」


　と、医療経営学の大学教授が頓珍漢なことをいってたりして、とってもくやしいわけなんです。

癒着したがってるのはMRのほうです。医師側としてはどうでもいいんです。

会社の金使って　接待と称して自分の好きなものを食べたいので医者を出汁に使いやがる。
いつも向こうが先に酔っ払って　タクシーを捕まえて押し込むのはいつも自分たちなんです。

こっちが薬を何使おうが勝手なはずが割り込んでこられて内心迷惑です。

このおっさん　自分で処方箋を切ったことがあんのかな。医師が余分にハンコを押さなかったら自動的にジェネリックが処方されまんがな。

忙しいのでハンコは押さない医師が多い中　わざわざジェネリックを拒む医師は　相当少ないと思いまっせ。
