二階から

お祭り気分でハッピー

最近の題名が、ことわざシリーズになったのに、気づいてくださってます？　中学受験(まだ先だけど)の甥っ子のために、妹がトイレにことわざの本を置いているので、眺めているのです。

今日のは、二階から目薬ですね。

うちは、いまのところ賃貸アパートなのですが、そろそろおうちを考えてもいいかしらねぇと思い始めている今日この頃のあいこさんなのですが、と、徒然なるママに書いていますが、皆さんもう少しお付き合いくださいね。

　不動産屋さんの情報を見ながら、地価が下がったと言いながら、まだまだ高いですよね。

　先日、ちょっと気になる物件があったので、不動産屋さんに、

「詳細を教えてください。」

とメールしたら、

お返事が返ってきて、

｢詳細とは何でしょうか？」

とかいてありました。

　素敵な返事ですよね。ホームページには、大体の場所と値段と間取り図しかないのに、そのほかの情報なしに、世の皆さんは不動産を買っているんでしょうか？

　でも、こんな売る気もないやり取りしてても商売ができるんだから、きっと儲かっているところなんですね。

　こんな不動産屋さんにめぐり合った私は、なんてラッキーあいこなんでしょう。

　ちゃんと返事に、

｢住所等がわからないので、資料ください｣

と書きました。
