今日は何回笑いましたか？

お祭り騒ぎで、HAPPY

　何かの本を読んでいたら、4歳児は一日に300回笑って、大人は平均15回とかいてありました｡

　確かに、子供はよく泣いているけどすぐに笑っていますね｡と,徒然なるママに書いていますが,皆さんもう少しお付き合いくださいね。

　大人は心配事が多すぎるのですね｡心配事を分類すると、心配してもどうしようもないことやもう過ぎてしまっていることなどがほとんどで、本当に心配しないといけないこと（ってどういうこと？選択肢があることかな｡）は大体4%ぐらいと書いていました｡

　全く考えない訳にはいかないけど、無理してでも寝ちまった方がいいってことでぃ。すっとこどっこい。

　そんなこといってても、私も悩む方で、昔はよく医学生病になっていました｡

　これまで、私は、甲状腺がんと悪性リンパ腫になったことになっています｡(私の中では、）そんな難病から脱却できたのも、私の精神力のなせる技でございます｡ありがたいことですね｡
