医師の「不足数」初調査

厚労省、今夏まとめ　地域・診療科ごとに

　地域医療の崩壊が懸念される中、医師の不足や偏在の実態を把握しようと、厚生労働省は全国の病院を対象とする調査に乗り出した。

　これまで医師の数自体を調べる調査は定期的に行ってきたが、「不足数」に着目した実態調査は初めて。２８日に都道府県を通じて調査票の配布を始めた。今夏にも結果の概要をまとめる。

　政府は医師養成数を大幅に増やす方針だが、あと何人増やせば充足するかといった目星はついていないのが実情だ。地域や診療科によっても開きがあるとみられるが、目安になるデータがなかった。

　対象となるのは、全国に約８７００あるすべての病院。各病院の現状の医師数と、足りない人員を補うために募集している医師の求人数、求人はしていないが不足していると考えている人数を診療科ごとに調べ、地域ごとに、どの診療科の医師が何人不足しているのかを詳細に割り出す。

　この調査結果を基に医師の必要数を分析するほか、地域や診療科による偏在解消策を具体的に検討する。厚労省は「全体的な状況を把握し、医師確保策に生かしたい」としている。

これまでの自民党は、アホ馬鹿世襲議員ばかりで、政治の事は全く分からず、官僚にすべてお任せで、答弁書まで書かせるアホ大臣を作って来ただけでは無いですか？その裏で官僚はせっせと天下り法人に税金を流せる。お互いハッピーで、泣くのは国民の世界でした。少子化担当大臣も雛壇の写真専用の馬鹿女大臣ばかりで、自分が妊娠すれば職務を達成するでも思って居たのでしょうか？必死に成って働いた国民の年金運用は滅茶苦茶で、医療費削減の影響で、救急病院まで潰して、医療崩壊を行ってきたのは自民党です。医師不足も第二次土光臨調で大槻文平日経連会長の医師が増えれば医療費が上がるの一言で医師削減を行い、それを、当時の小泉厚生大臣がさらに強化したのが、医師不足の原因です。だから、民主党の支持率が下がっても、自民党の支持率が上がらないのです。
