４割控えてるんだ？

医療費かさむことを理由に「受診控えた」４割　日経が意識調査

　医療費がかさむという理由で受診を控えた経験がある人が4割を超えていることが、全国の2000人を対象に日本経済新聞社が実施した調査で分かった。医療機関の閉鎖や診療科の縮小が身近であったとする回答は3割近く。誰でも必要なときに必要な医療を受けられる「フリーアクセス」の確保が難しくなり、医療に対する不安が強まりつつある実態が浮かんだ。

　調査は今年11月、全国の20歳以上の男女各1000人を対象に実施。1407人（70.4％）から有効回答を得た。

　医療費の自己負担額について「高い」と感じる人は半数を超え、42.5％は医療費がかさむために医療機関の受診を控えた経験があると回答した。2005年に日経が実施した調査で、同様の設問に「ある」と答えたのは34.2％。景気後退が受診抑制につながっているとみられる。日経
