12月の指導

十二月個別指導が再開されます。いわゆるコンタクトレンズ検査料の運用で厚生労働省が個別指導をしなさい。と各都道府県に発令された件です。今年始まった指導で中断されていたコンタクト診療所の再開です。
われわれの県では今年二件のコンタクト診療所の閉院が個別指導をうけたあとありました、閉院した診療所の一件は個別指導の通知の一日前に閉院届けを出して、今は熊本で新規開業しているようです。あと一件は個別指導の後眼科はコリゴリというようで他科放射線科医として保険医療を開業しているようです。眼科はもうコリゴリというようでした。しかし保険医療をしていたら逃げ得ということはできないのですから、、。指導はどこまでも。
