国保ニュース

財務省は5日、来年度の診療報酬改定について、近年の診療報酬本体の改定率と賃金、物価の動向を比較すると、本体は最大で３.６％引き下げ可能との試算をまとめ、財政制度等審議会、財政構造改革部会にしめした。同省は１％で８００億円の国庫負担削減が可能だとしており、３.６％の引き下げが実現すれば大幅な歳出削減が見込める計算だ！財政審は月内にまとめる予算構成にむけた建議にも診療報酬本体の引き下げを盛り込む方針で、大幅引き上げを求める医師会側の反発は必至の情勢となった。
