文章注意

文章注意とは言うもののなかなか修正出来ないものです。二ヶ月はレセプト請求にタイムロスがあるため修正は三ヶ月の猶予がありますが、対応は診療所によってかなりの差が見かけられる。ピタッとやまるところもあるが、なかなか修正しないでだらだら請求してくるところもある。又一旦やんだ後しばらくしたら又請求してくるところもある。これは将来の指導につながるもので、修正しないと指導監査につながって行く事を皆認知しないといけないかも知れません。
拘束力はないかもしれないけれど、明らかに目立つ為に療養担当規則違反と見られている場合、又は青本の解釈が間違った請求をされている場合。等が文章注意の原則です。これは審査会の公文書に残る為文章注意の多い医療機関名はイエローカードをもらう事になるわけです。
