再審査時の返戻

再審査の返戻用紙再審査の返戻が帰ってくることがある。保険者の査定依頼、医療機関の再審査請求時における返戻である。このときは赤い（写真）のような返戻用紙で記載されてくる。このときも回答を１日おいて記載したほうがいい。
前回のアップした１次審査の返戻と決定的に違うことは病名の追記や注記の追記は不可であることが違う。添付されてくるレセはコピーであり、修正が出来ない返戻であることが大きな違いである。
だから病名が抜けていたと言うような回答は不可なのです。
いわゆるレッドカードですね。
