睡眠不足

日本人の平均的な睡眠時間は7時間半ぐらいで、一般的に六ないし八時間の睡眠時間が必要と言われています。睡眠時間のながさよりもいかに快適に眠れるかが重要です。人間の眠りには、浅い眠りのレム睡眠と深い眠りのノンレム睡眠があります。入眠したら最初は一時間ぐらいでレム睡眠に入ります、その後約90分のノンレム睡眠とレム睡眠を繰り返すレム睡眠の時には身体を休ませる睡眠と言われています、又記憶の定着、消去などもします。又ノンレム睡眠には、大脳を休ませる睡眠、成長ホルモンの分泌、免疫機能の強化、血圧、体温の低下、心拍数や呼吸数の減少でリラックス効果などです。
