○European Society of Cardiology (ESC)のガイドライン：心エコーでの最大三尖弁逆流速度2.8-3.4 m/s、肺動脈収縮期圧PASP= 36ー50 mmHg
○35 mmHg以下：PHを疑う症状がなければ正常
35-50 mmHg：ボーダーライン
50 mmHg以上：肺高血圧 （リウマチ科 2008.4月号）
ただし、心エコーによる推定RVSPと右心カテーテル検査との相関は不良で、偽陽性が40％にもなる。
一方、カットオフを厳しく、45 mmHgにすれば、特異度は上昇するとの報告があるが（Rheumatology (Oxford) 43: 461–466）、やはり当てにならないという報告もある（Arthritis Rheum 52: 3792–3800）。

一方、Sjogrenでは表皮の変化はあまり無い：角化や表皮萎縮目立たず
分枝状皮斑（livedo racemosa）：四肢に樹枝状で，環は閉じていない（動脈）
網状皮斑（livedo reticularis）は四肢に淡紅色，網目状の持続性紅斑としてみられる（静脈）
