Kellyでは具体的な記載なし。Medical Clinics 2006では２倍.Arch Intern Med. 2002では2-3倍、J Clin Endocrinol Met, 1984でも2-3倍.
Kelly: Certain drugs (e.g.rifampin) increase the metabolism of synthetic and natural glucocorticoids, particularly by increasing hepatic hydroxylase activity by inducing cytochrome P-450 (CYP) isoenzyme 3A4 and, thus, reducing glucocorticoid concentrations. Clinicians should consider increasing the dosage of glucocorticoids in patients who are co-treated with these medications.
