古典的PNによる腎周囲血腫spontaneous perirenal hematomaは稀な合併症であり、文献検索のメモ。

・古典的PNによる腎周囲血腫は稀な事象である（1908年以来98年までに50例）。この論文では若年のcPAN-induced SPHにimmediate therapeutic embolizationが行われている。HBV-unrelated; ANCA8-): Hb 9.0、BUN 49、Crea 3.2でステロイドパルス・エンドキサンパルスも行われている。高血圧はカルシウム拮抗薬とβブロッカーが用いられている。
このケースでは片腎だが２カ所に出血が認められている。同時・両側のBilateral c-PAN related も少なからず報告されており、興味深い。

SPHの基礎疾患の1985〜1999年の文献の纏め：1985〜1999年の間に165例の報告があり、基礎疾患の記載のあったのは154例で、このうち20例がPN（良性angiomyolipoma/悪性腫瘍renal cell carcinomaで101例）。
