SScとRAの合併例はひとつのdisease entityと考えられてきた。Szücsらは22例のSScとRAを合併したcase seriesについて臨床的・血清学的・遺伝学的観点から詳細な検討を行い報告している。
◎抗CCP抗体はSSc-RA overlapの82%で陽性.
