RA（発症5年以内）:515例(抗CCP抗体＋は69%) 、コントロール：769例
（リスクファクター解析）
PedersenらはRA全体としてのリスクファクターの他に（menarche 初潮年齢が早いことなど）、抗CCP陽性RAのリスクファクターを解析している。
・タバコ (オッズ比 1.65)
・アルコール（inverse dose-response association オッズ比1.98）
・コーヒー (OR = 2.18)
・経口避妊薬 (OR = 1.65)
・一等親に統合失調症(OR = 4.18) 他
この報告では抗CCP抗体陽性RAとShizophreniaのfamiliy hisotryに関連があった。従来SchizophreniaとRAはnegative associationと言われていたが(1)、最近の報告では逆にSchizophreniaにおけるRAの有病率は高いとする報告(2)やSchizophreniaとRAの遺伝因子共通性に関する報告もある(3)。
