SSP:　訪問介護員のための魅力ある就労環境づくり/２時間で1kgやせました

・昨年の１１月に出版されていたみたいですが、今日まで気がつきませんでした。『訪問介護員のための魅力ある就労環境づくり』というパンフレットが、厚労省の委託事業で作られていました↓（私、パラパラと見ただけです）

労務管理を中心に書かれていますが、ワタシャ、一番根本は、介護保険の報酬を上げることだとおもいますが。

以下日記

・「冷やし中華はじめました」ではなく、「1ｋｇ」やせました、なのですが．．．

・本日6時30分に起床。ちょっと、早朝のお勉強。で、8時から10時まで、地域の草刈りでした。熱い、熱い。汗だく、つゆだく。当然、シャワーです。で、体重を前後で測ったら、なんと1kg違いました。多分デジタル体重計って、誤差が200ｇくらいだったと思いますから、少なくとも８００gはやせましたね。（ひょっとした1.2㎏？）でも、まあ、ほとんどみんな、水分ですから。あっという間に元通り・・・って、夕方測ったら朝より、太っとりました。気落ちした壁掛け＝ガク。

・今日１日は、昼からビールも飲まず、おりこうにお勉強をしていました。お昼は、三女と丸亀製麺所で昼食。夕方は、かなりたまってしまった「資源ごみ」を市役所に持って行ってきました。で、二度目の入浴。で、やっとビールです。本日は、倉敷麦酒のアルト。そして、サントリーのザ・プレミアムでした。本日は、明日の当直に備え、これでおしまい。

・昨日夜は、『シブすぎ技術に男泣き！』という漫画を読みました。本の背に「ものづくり日本の技術者を追ったコミックエッセイ」とかかれています。Amazonの書評では、厳しい評価もありました。当たっているなとも思いましたが、ワタシャ、それなりに面白く読めました。（絵は、絶対うちの娘のほうが上手いですが。）続編も注文しましたよ。・・・そうそう、うちの長女の「ニコニコ静画」の「ザ・フールワールド」見てくださいね。

・本日のbackground musicは、アズナブールではなく、”T-SQUARE plays THE SWUARE 宝曲”でした。

・今日は、ベッドで『珍日本紀行　西日本編』を読みます。
