ＳＳＰ：職場におけるメンタルヘルス対策検討会報告書

短い報告書ですので、すぐ読めます。最初にメンタルヘルスをめぐる概況が載っていて、それなりに参考になりますが、この報告書が、行政や事業所でどう位置づけられるのか、私にはよくわかりません。ただ、前向きにメンタルヘルス対策にとりくもうという事業所の参考にはなるでしょう。問題は、そういう必要性を感じていないところ、する気のないところをどうするかだと思います。

 

 

以下日記

・本日は7時過ぎに病院に行って、回診。その後水島へいって、午前中は産業医学科外来。お昼は、備中さぬき屋で3種うどんを食べ、我が病院に戻りました。午後は回診と事務作業。帰宅は、21時前でした。

・こんなんあり？という話がありました。施設に入所している方が当院受診。入院が必要だったのですが、現在当院万勝だったので、他院を紹介しました。そこは、患者さんの配偶者が、子供が勤めている病院なのでと指定したところ。当院は紹介状を書いて、施設の人に患者さんを連れて行ってもらいました。ところが、紹介先の病院で、子供さんが親を入院させたくないと、入院拒否。その後どうなったかは分かりません。患者さんが一番かわいそうですが、施設の人も大変です。親を自分の勤める病院に入院させたくないという子供ってどう？何か、いままでの「歴史」があるのでしょうか？いろんな、仮説は立てられますが、配偶者がそこに紹介といわれたところに当院は紹介しただけなのに、どうよ？

・他にも、ある病院にかかりたいから紹介状書いてといって、書いたら、そこに行かなかったとか、労災申請したいからと苦労して診断書書いたら、やっぱり労災申請はやめたとか、そういう経験をたまにします。そういう医師の労力って大変なんですよ。インフォームド・コンセントという言葉の説明に、最初の決定は、また、途中変更して良いというのがありますが、それは、無条件ではないと思います。医療と言うのは、医療者と患者の共同の営み（英語で言えば、パートナーシップ）と思います。お互い相手のことも考えないと。
