ＨＯＲＥＣＡ/料理屋さんも熱中症に気をつけて

・本日以下のような記事をみたので、労働と熱中症について書きます↓

 

クリーニング工場で熱中症、室内で労災事故

・労働と熱中症というと建設業のような、屋外作業をすぐにイメージすると思いますが、屋内作業も問題です。最初のクリーンング工場が、まず、それ。で、今回ＨＯＲＥＣＡについて。

・ＨＯＲＥＣＡって、何じゃいというと、The hotel, restaurant and catering (HORECA) のことです。略語の発音はどういうか知りませんが、ホレカでしょうかね？これは、（すくなくとも）ＥＵで使われている言葉ですね。ＨＯＲＥＣＡで働く労働者も、熱中症に気をつけましょうということで、下のようなファクト・シートを2008 年1月11日に

European Agency for Safety and Health at Workが出版していました。（なんで、1月かなと思うけど）↓

・この中では、engineeringで、温度、湿度を調節することと、労働者の教育について述べられています。翻って、日本で、厨房で働く労働者何かが、そのような労働衛生教育をうけることがあるのかなと思います。・・・今の時期、ラーメン屋や居酒屋で働く、パートのお兄さん、お姉さんが、熱中症ならないのか心配です。

・看護師さん・介護士さんも入浴介助で脱水/熱中症になる可能性があるので、注意してくださいね。

・熱中症の一般的な知識は↓

以下日記

・本日は、７時前に病院について、回診とデスクワーク。午前は診療。午後回診と会議とデスクワーク。比較的早く病院をでれました。

・本日飲酒の自己規制を決定：ビールは３杯（本）まで。カクテルは２杯～３杯まで。その間、お茶か水ををしっかり飲むこと。今度の飲み会は、しっかり肝に銘じましょう。

・今日、外資系のＭＲさんとほんの少しはなすことがありました。その方は、ＣＯＩという言葉しってるし、ドラッカー好きだというし、自分の所属する企業がアメリカで問題を起こしたということも知っておられました。こういうＭＲさんとなら、話す気になりますね。
