臨床医学に環境・労働の観点を

2005年の「クボタショック」以来アスベストが社会問題となりました。アスベストは、さまざまな問題を提起していますが、ひとつに、現在の臨床医学がいかに職業・環境因子を軽視していたかが明らかになったと思います。現在の臨床医学に欠けている職業・環境因子の疾病へのかかわりを考えていきたいと思います。私が一人情報発信するのではなく、問題提起をしてそれにこのブログを見てくださった皆さんが応えてくださることにより知識・情報を集積したいと考えています。よろしくお願いいたします。

・ちょっと古い話題ですが、５月１４日に平成２２年度版高齢社会白書が閣議決定され公表されています。↓

・「概要」と「全体版」両方のＰＤＦがあります。どちらも、ＰＤＦが細切れになっていてダウインロードはちょっと、めんどくさいですね。本を買えば良いのでしょうが、まだ平成２２年度版は、AMAZONやbk-1、セブンアンドワイでは売られておりませんでした。

・私は、まだ、「概要」しか読んでおらず、ほとんど「全体版」には手がついていないのですが、全体版もいろいろグラフがあって読んだ方がよさそうですね。

・概要版でも、下のような基本的な統計が載っておりかなり参考にはなりますが。

○高齢者のいる世帯は全体の４割、そのうち「単独」・「夫婦のみ」世帯が過半数
・６５歳以上の高齢者のいる世帯は増え続けており、平成２０（２００８）年現在、世帯数は１，９７８万世帯であり、全世帯（４，７９６万世帯）の４１．２％を占める
・三世代世帯は減少傾向である一方、単独世帯、夫婦のみの世帯、親と未婚の子のみの世帯は増加傾向

○被保護者人員は増加傾向（生活保護のことです）
・高齢者の被保護者人員は平成１５年から２０年の５年間で１５万人増加
・平成２０年では６５歳以上人口に占める被保護者人員の割合は２．２８％で、全体の１．２０％の２倍弱

・何はともあれ、今の高齢社会の実態を把握し、それにあった医療・介護を構築していかないといけないと思うものです。

以下日記

・本日duty freeだったのですが、昨日午後入院した患者さん診るのと、たまっている書類を片付けるため病院に行きました。部屋の中でゆっくり仕事ができ良かったのですが、しかし、やりたかったことが全て出来たわけではなく、あらためて業務量の多さを認識しました。これから、どんどん業務が増えていくでしょうから、恐い。

・本日午後は、水島で中塚明（奈良女子大名誉教授）氏の「朝鮮半島と日本の過去と現在」という講演を聴きました。（この演者は『司馬遼太郎の歴史観その「朝鮮感」と「明治栄光論」を問う』という本の著者。私、この本持ってるけど、まだよんでいませんが）自分の知らない史実を知ったり、未整理な知識が整理できて良かったです。

・昨日夜より漫画の『へうげもん』と『もやしもん』を読み出しました。どちらもおもしろく、これからどんどん読んでいこうと思います。ちなみに私、織部焼き、特に緑色のものが好きです。１つほしいな。（茶の湯自体の作法は、全然知りませんし、なんか、今の「あり方」が外から見て、どうかな？と思っています。）

・ちょっと古い話題ですが、５月１４日に平成２２年度版高齢社会白書が閣議決定され公表されています。↓

・私は、まだ、「概要」しか読んでおらず、ほとんど「全体版」には手がついていないのですが、全体版もいろいろグラフがあって読んだ方がよさそうですね。

・概要版でも、下のような基本的な統計が載っておりかなり参考にはなりますが。

・何はともあれ、今の高齢社会の実態を把握し、それにあった医療・介護を構築していかないといけないと思うものです。
