『社会福祉施設における安全衛生対策マニュアル』

・皆さま、お久しぶりです。先週は、福井の産業衛生学会へ参加しており、ブログを更新することができませんでした。体力的に不安でしたが、なんとかいけました。そして、精神的にも、学会でエネルギーをもらいました。実は、精神的に6月から働く気になかなかなれなかったのですが、これを機会に気持ちが上向きました。

・さて、看護師さん、そして、社会福祉施設に勤める職員の腰痛をはじめとする筋骨格系疾患は何十年も前から、問題だったのですが、なかなか「公的に」まとまった対策マニュアルがありませんでした。昨年11月に、標記マニュアルができていましたので、ご参照ください。（まだ、十分普及していない・・・監督署にもない・・・ようです）

これは、本文が１７０ページくらい、資料も合わせると２７０ページ以上あるのですが、それを簡単にまとめたカラーのパンフレットもあるのですが、いまのところは、手に入りにくいようです。かなり、資料も充実しており、ぜひ、医療・介護・福祉関係者には見ておいてほしいものです。

 

以下日記

・明日より、正式に仕事に復帰ですが、本日は全体朝礼があるので、そこで復帰のあいさつに行きました。なんと、花束と（すでに割れた）くす玉がありました。・・・当院では、人事異動や新規採用で来られた人には、くす玉で歓迎する慣習（フィッシュ哲学です）があったのですが、まさか、私がそうしてもらえるとは思ってもみませんでした。ちょっと嬉しかった。朝礼で、入院しての所感をちょっとお話させてもらいました。（当院の労働条件は恵まれていること・・・非正規雇用の人は、病気をすれば一気に「滑り台」の下までいく、一人暮らしなら、入院すれば身の回りのことや、いろんな手続きが大変→２０年後には、一人暮らしの高齢者が３割位になるのだから、それに対応できるよう当院のシステムを整える必要があるetc.）その後は、たまっている書類を処理して１０時過ぎに病院を出ました。さて、明日からの仕事大丈夫でしょうか？

今後人口減少により受診者数、入院患者数が減っていくのも大きな問題ですね。

現在、リハビリ勤務のようなものです。

人口減少で、受診者・入院患者が減っても、経営が成り立つような診療報酬ならよろしいのですが。
