飲食店に思う

・病院で管理職をしていると、他の業種の管理運営や接遇等気になります。特に普段接する飲食店は、単なる客としてではなく、ウォッチャ－的にもなってしまいます。

・本日昼うどん屋に行きましたが、フと今まで飲食業に対して思っていたことが、幾つか浮かびました。お箸をつつんでいる紙にメモしましたので、以下いくつか列挙します。

 

・レシートをくれない店があります。同僚の医師は、あれは、税金対策だと言っていましたが、事実はどうかわかりません。それは、さておき、レシートも店の宣伝になると思います。少なくともレシートに店の電話番号を書いていたら、お客さんも次回予約しやすい。ついでに、何かセールスポイントや、宣伝文句をレシートに書いていると、それが一種のビラの役割をしてくれるのに。路上でビラ配っていたら、なかなか受け取ってもらえないのい、レシートなら受け取ってもらえますよね。（すぐ、レシート捨てる人もいますけど）

・レシートに単に項目が書いてあってチェックのみあるレシート。ちゃんと合計金額が書いておいてほしい。テーブルにいる時点で、その金額を用意するのに。レジに行ってはじめて金額聞かされたら、それから財布からお金をだしますね。暇なときはよいけど、お客さんが混んでるときに、お会計で時間とるのは、お店の損と思いますが．．．

・あと、メニューについて。注文が終わったらすぐメニューを引きあげる店がありますが、それは、もう注文してくれるなと言っているようなもの。

・あと、メニューに読めない項目があるもの。それだけで、注文する気が無くなります。漢字や英語には振り仮名をつけてほしいですね。（小心者のお客さんは、間違った呼び名で注文したら恥ずかしいので、読めないメニューは頼みません）

・店員さんが、お店のビラを配っていることがあります。そのビラには２種類あって、単にお店の宣伝のみ。も一つは、このビラを持ってきたら、何％オフというのがあります。当然、割引があれば、行っても良いなと思いますよね。

・ 以上、うどん食べながら思った（思い出した）ことでした。ちなみにそのうどん屋さんは、前回同僚と行った時５０円の割引券を３枚くれました。割引券は、１回に何枚でも使用可能。（おまけに、いろんな商品券でも支払い可能です。）こういう店には、また行こうかなと思いますよね。ただ、割引券で支払ったら、もう、割引券はもらえませんでした。割引券がもらえたら、また、行く気がもっとわくのに。

・ところで、わが身（病院）を振り返ったら、どんなでしょうね。自費の健康診断なら割引券をだしても良いかも。外来には「メニュー」を置きましょう。患者さんに渡すメモ用紙は、薬屋さんからもらったものではなく、オリジナルで病院の連絡先と理念、宣伝したいことを書いたものを作りましょう。いろんな案内には振り仮名や色分け、点字を使用しましょう・・・

明日は、１日休みで、マンモス・ウレピーッ！（あの人は、今どうなっているのでしょう？）

確かに、割引券で食べた客に、また、割引券をだすのは、大変だと思います。ただ、一定額以上だと、また、出した方が、リピーターとなって良いのではと考えますが。

今の病院は今まで回った中で最悪なので、毎日外の市場やコンビニに買いに行きます。
