胸腔内or胸郭内肋骨？

・最近のＮＥＪＭのIMAGES IN CLINICAL MEDICINE にIntrathoracic ribというものがありました。胸腔内or胸郭内肋骨とでも訳すのでしょうか？私の持っている医学書院医学だ辞典にもステッドマン医学大辞典にも載っておりませんでした。

こういう「病気」（？）があることを知っていると何ら問題ないのですが、知らないと悩むというものですね。

PubMedで調べてみると、190位ヒットしてのですが、あまりぴったりの文献はありませんでした。下の文献が面白かったです。freeでみれます。

この例では、最初無気肺と思われたみたいです。考察のところでは、鑑別診断として以下のようなものが挙げられていました。

exclude alternate diagnoses,
including rib exostoses, calcified pleural plaques, foreign
bodies, native or postsurgical heterotrophic calcification,
and tubes and lines.

 

あとこんな文献もありました。

以下日記

・先日予告しましたように現在「自宅療養中」。朝早く子供を起こして部活、バイトに送り出したのち１１時近くまで寝ていました。左腕の痛みはましにはなっていますが、座薬を使用しました。あとは、読書です。

・先日の夜は、南伸坊の『CHINA FANTASY』という本（漫画？）を読み終えました。先日読んだ『李白の月』とダブル作品もありましたが、結構面白かったですね。南伸坊の絵が好きです。

・本日は、陳舜臣の『新西遊記』を読み終えました。これは、１９７８年に出版された文庫の新装版（２００８年）です。最初読みだして面喰いました。『西遊記』ではないのです。じゃぁ、何？解説から引用します。

本書『新西遊記』は、次の三つの旅をからめた、異色の紀行文である。　　

　　第一は、史実の玄奘（602～664）の旅。

　　第二は、フィクションたる『西遊記』の旅。

　　第三は、陳舜臣先生の１９７３年の中国旅行。

 

ということです。なにはともあれ、面白い本であっという間に読み終えました。次は『桃源郷』という本を、アマゾンで注文しました。

・ところで、私の熱心なファンの方（ああ、誇大妄想）は、腕が痛いのにブログなんか書いていていいんかい？と思われるかもしれません。大丈夫です。数時間ずつ間をおいて書いておりますから。また、ブログを書くことが、精神的にストレス発散にもなっております。加えて、励ましのコメントをいただければ、もっとストレス発散になりまする。
