預言者？ヴァージニア・ヘンダーソン

・本日は、午前外来は恙無く終わり、午後は、看護職責者の研修会でしたが、看護管理に興味があるので、講演を聴きにいきました。その予習として、長年書棚に積読ではなく、「たてとく」していたヴァージニア・ヘンダーソンの『看護論　２５年後の追記を添えて』（湯槇ます・小玉香津子訳。日本看護協会。１９９４年）を読み出しました。まだ、半分しか書いていませんが、すごいこと書いているなと感心しています。今日は、その一つをご紹介。

  

（医者がいいない・足りない状況に言及している部分）

　　看護婦は保健医療チームの他の誰よりも医師の代役がつとまるような教育を受けているからには、患者のためを考えて医師の役割をひきうけようという気になるだろう。しかしながら私の判断ではそれは、看護婦の本当の役割ではない。医療業務を看護婦がする場合、看護婦は不十分な教育背景であえてそれを行うばかりでなく、看護婦の第一義的な役割を全うすべき時間を犠牲にしているのである。そして看護婦が医師の業務にくい込めば、必然的に看護本来の仕事は十分な教育的背景のない職員の手にわたされることになる。私にいわせれば、医療業務を他に委譲する必要のないほどの数の医師をつくるように社会的圧力がはたらくべきである。（社会的圧力が驚くべき速さで看護婦の数をふやしてきたと同じように。）

 

まるで、現在の日本の状況を言っているようです。（なので、今回表題に「預言者」とつけたわけです）赤字のところは、私も同感というところです。「社会的圧力」というのがなかなか良いですね。違うところで、彼女は「ヘルスケアは政治的な問題であることを私は強調したいのである。」とも書いております。

 ・わたしの周りの看護師さんが、彼女の「看護論」をどう読んでいるか知りたいものです。（そりゃー、ききゃーええが、という岡山弁が聞こえる）

 

・以下お楽しみの日記

本日は、何と１７時前には帰宅でき、家族もそろったので、５人で福山までおでかけ。フジグラン神辺というところでお買い物。（私は役職がらボーナスがでませんが、出たつもりでお子達に服を買ってやろうと思いました。父の日何にももらってないけど、いや、次女は料理作ってくれたけど）大体買い物に家族で行ったときは、私は一人本でも読んで、他のメンバーを放し飼いにし、一定時間後落ち合うようにしていますが、本日は、ほとんど本を読まず、ひとりでブラブラ、未亡人ショッピング、ではなく、ウインドウ・ショッピング。いろんなものがあって楽しいですね。外国のビールを売っていたのでそれを買いました。他にもほしいものあったけど、ガマン。お買い物後は、イタリア料理を食べに行きました。Finocchioという福山市南蔵王にあるレストランです。これが、大当たり。値段はリーズナブルでおいしかったです。一応お勧めします。（一応とつけるのは、料理には好みがありますから）何が良かったか？冷たいポタージュ、生バスタ/クリームソース。ピザもおいしく、デザートもＯＫ。ボリュームもあり、ゆーことなーし。（ＴＶショッピングの文言：あくまでも個人の感想です）また、行きたいですね。・・・私曰く：良かった店は、何度も訪れよ。宣伝してもりたてよ。そうすれば、お店はつぶれないし、質も良くなっていくはず。（ただし、あまりにも拡大路線をお店がとればその限りではない）・・・病院と一緒だったりして。

預言者がいなければアブラハムの宗教は成立していません。

ヴァージニア・ヘンダーソンについては勉強不足でした。
