福岡徳州会病院見学

・本日も産業衛生学会参加。午前は、じん肺関係の分科会へ。昼、作業関連性運動器障害研究会。16時から20時過ぎまで、場所を福岡国際会議場から福岡徳州会病院へ会場を移して、「医療従事者のための産業保健研究会」。まず、職場巡視してから、各発表を。そもそも、なぜ福岡徳州会病院かというと、職員参加型で、楽しく、職場環境を改善し、その取り組みを国際学会でも発表したから。（こりゃーっ、すごいでーっ！）その取り組みをきいていて、FISH哲学とISOだという印象をうけました。最初に院長の短い挨拶がありましたが、そのなかで、看護婦さんの笑顔という言葉がありました。また、徳州会病院の中ののレストランの名前が「ほほえみ」。やっぱり、そうだよなと思いました。その他、いろいろ感心することがありましたが、私が一番感心したのは、外来に、医療連携として、多くの開業医さんの紹介（写真、地図、診療内容、ウリ等）をＡ４紙にまとめて、だれでも持って帰れるようにしていたこと。実は、わたしも同様のことをしなくちゃならないと考えていたところ。そもそも徳州会は、各地でその病院ができるとき、地元の医師会とすったもんだがあったところ。現在こんな努力（担当の職員が開業医さんを訪ねて、そういうリーフレットを作ることの許可、内容の確認をしている）をしているんだなと感心しました。自分の病院でも、これをひな形にすれば良いな、ちょっと楽できるなと思いました。

・研究会のあと、近くの居酒屋で懇親会。そこのお姉さんが、ビールをこぼして私のスーツ上下がぬれました。徳州会の看護師さんが、ドライヤーを持ってきてくれて、乾かしてくれました。うちの病院の看護師さんは、ここまでしてくれかしら？副店長さんが、謝りに来て、クリーニング代をくれました。私は、お姉さん（私の娘くらいの年齢）を怒らないでねといって、ありがたくお金はいただきました。To err is human.スーツはぬれても、なかなか楽しい飲み会でした。

上着は，ハンガーに掛けて看護師さんが乾かしてくださり，
ズボンは自分でドライヤー使って乾かしました．
