この人の下腹部に2箇所、３，４ｃｍの結節があり、生検でアミロイドの沈着がみられたとのこと。（insulin-induced amyloidosis）患者さんが同じ場所にばかりインスリン打っていたから。違う場所に打ったら低血糖になったとのこと。・・・インスリンを調節して、コントロール改善。
we speculate that insulin-induced amyloidosis may be underdiagnosedとのことです。 We refer to amyloid lumps of insulin as “insulin balls”.と命名されとります。
