おどろき，もものき，倉敷市：資格証明書発行断トツ１位 in 岡山県

・昨日ブログで「秘密のケンミンＳＨＯＷ」をみたことを書きました．その中で，倉敷市民は異様に岡山市民に対する敵愾心が強いといったアナウンスがありました．そういう気もするが．．．

・１１月１０日に厚生労働省が，Websiteで「「資格証明書の発行に関する調査」の結果等について」というものを発表をしました．↓

各県ごとにどれだけ，資格証明書が発行されているかの統計です．岡山県で，中学生以下がいる世帯に発行されている資格証明書の数は，191件．そのうち，倉敷市は159件と圧倒的多数をしめていました．「ライバル」の岡山市は0件です．こりゃどういうことでしょう？倉敷市の行政が，どこ向いているのやら？開園当初から様々な問題のあった（秘密のケンミンSHOWにもでた）チボリ公園関連に多額の税金をつぎ込み，国民保険に関しては，こんな状態．何か，おかしい．．．

・ちなみに，私の職場は倉敷市にありますが，私は，浅口市民です．

ココで言う資格証明書は，正解には，「国民健康保険被保険者資格証明書」のことです．おおざっぱに言えば，国保の保険料を滞納すると保険証を取り上げられて，かわりにこの資格証明書を渡されます．これだと，受診するときは窓口全額負担しないといけないというものです．→資格証明書だと，まず，受診ができないということです．→このブログで問題にしたのは，中学生以下の子どもも，親の保険料滞納のため医療機関を受診できないと言うことです．倉敷市は，その国保の運営で，他の市に比べて非常に多く，この資格証明書を発行（＝国保の保険証をとりあげ）しているということに，私は驚いたわけです．
