ガテン系連帯

・つい最近まで，「ガテン系」という言葉自体を知らなかったことを以前ブログで書きました．標記の「ガテン系連帯」は，ＮＰＯですね．こういう団体があるのを本日知りました．「知ったら知らせる」という「行動基準」に従って，記事にしました．詳しくは，http://www.gatenkeirentai.net/index.html

・このWebsiteをみて思うのは，派遣労働の問題は，単に労働条件の問題のみでなく，人間の尊厳の問題だと言うことです・・・何言ってるか分からなければ，上記websiteを見てください．

・本日は，当生協玉島地域の「健康祭り」．晴れてよかった．出店がいっぱいあり，いろんな店の料理を食べるため，今朝は朝食抜きで「出勤」．どれだけ食べれるか？

派遣の事務員さんに大変優秀な方がおられ、正規職員にとすすめたところ、親御さんの面倒をみるのに時間が欲しいので派遣でもかまわない、と答えられました。

でも結局は、優秀な人材確保の観点から正規職員になっていただきました。親御さんのお世話に支障がないように、という条件つきで。
